و حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ السَّعْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مُسْهِرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ ثَمَرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ فَكَانَ يُعْطِي أَزْوَاجَهُ كُلَّ سَنَةٍ مِائَةَ وَسْقٍ ثَمَانِينَ وَسْقًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ وَعِشْرِينَ وَسْقًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ فَلَمَّا وَلِيَ عُمَرُ قَسَمَ خَيْبَرَ خَيَّرَ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُقْطِعَ لَهُنَّ الْأَرْضَ وَالْمَاءَ أَوْ يَضْمَنَ لَهُنَّ الْأَوْسَاقَ كُلَّ عَامٍ فَاخْتَلَفْنَ فَمِنْهُنَّ مَنْ اخْتَارَ الْأَرْضَ وَالْمَاءَ وَمِنْهُنَّ مَنْ اخْتَارَ الْأَوْسَاقَ كُلَّ عَامٍ فَكَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ وَحَفْصَةُ مِمَّنْ اخْتَارَتَا الْأَرْضَ وَالْمَاءَ و حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَلَ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا خَرَجَ مِنْهَا مِنْ زَرْعٍ أَوْ ثَمَرٍ وَاقْتَصَّ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فَكَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ وَحَفْصَةُ مِمَّنْ اخْتَارَتَا الْأَرْضَ وَالْمَاءَ وَقَالَ خَيَّرَ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُقْطِعَ لَهُنَّ الْأَرْضَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ الْمَاءَ و حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ لَمَّا افْتُتِحَتْ خَيْبَرُ سَأَلَتْ يَهُودُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُقِرَّهُمْ فِيهَا عَلَى أَنْ يَعْمَلُوا عَلَى نِصْفِ مَا خَرَجَ مِنْهَا مِنْ الثَّمَرِ وَالزَّرْعِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُقِرُّكُمْ فِيهَا عَلَى ذَلِكَ مَا شِئْنَا ثُمَّ سَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ نُمَيْرٍ وَابْنِ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَزَادَ فِيهِ وَكَانَ الثَّمَرُ يُقْسَمُ عَلَى السُّهْمَانِ مِنْ نِصْفِ خَيْبَرَ فَيَأْخُذُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْخُمْسَ

Narrated to me Ali bin Hujr As Sa'di, narrated to us Ali namely Ibnu Mushir, informed us 'Ubaidullah from Nafi' from Ibnu Umar, he said; "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave (wages) to the people of Khaibar with part of the plants or crops they produced. Then he distributed every year to his wives one hundred wasaq namely eighty wasaq and twenty wheat. When Umar bin Khaththab ruled, then the land of Khaibar began to be distributed. Umar gave choices to the wives of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, whether they wanted to receive land and water or would continue to receive their usual food quota every year. Among them, some chose the distribution of land and water, while others chose the usual quota every year. In this case, Aisyah and Hafshah chose the distribution of land and water." Narrated to us Ibnu Numair, narrated to us my father, narrated to us Ubaidullah, narrated to me Nafi' from Abdullah bin Umar that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, employed the people of Khaibar with wages from part of the crops they planted or fruits they planted..." then he continued the hadith like the hadith of Ali bin Mushir, and did not mention the wording; While Aisyah and Hafshah were among those who chose the distribution of land and water. And narrated to me Abu Thahir, narrated to us Abdullah bin Wahb, informed me Usamah bin Zaid Al Laitsi from Nafi' from Abdullah bin Umar, he said; "When Khaibar was conquered, the Jews requested the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, to allow them to stay there to work the fields and farms with wages of half of the crops or fruits produced." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, answered: "We allow you to stay until the time we determine." Then he continued the hadith like the hadith of Ibnu Numair and Ibnu Mushir from Ubaidullah with the addition of wording; And half of the fruits from the spoils of Khaibar were distributed, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, took one-fifth of it.
