Imam Muslim : 965حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ وَاسْمَهْ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَالِكٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ وَيُقَالُ الْمَرَاغِيُّ وَالْمَرَاغُ حَيٌّ مِنْ الْأَزْدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَقْتُ الظُّهْرِ مَا لَمْ يَحْضُرْ الْعَصْرُ وَوَقْتُ الْعَصْرِ مَا لَمْ تَصْفَرَّ الشَّمْسُ وَوَقْتُ الْمَغْرِبِ مَا لَمْ يَسْقُطْ ثَوْرُ الشَّفَقِ وَوَقْتُ الْعِشَاءِ إِلَى نِصْفِ اللَّيْلِ وَوَقْتُ الْفَجْرِ مَا لَمْ تَطْلُعْ الشَّمْسُ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ قَالَ ح و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ شُعْبَةَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَفِي حَدِيثِهِمَا قَالَ شُعْبَةُ رَفَعَهُ مَرَّةً وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ
Narrated to us by 'Ubaidullah bin Mu'adz Al 'Anbari, he narrated to us his father, he narrated to us Shu'bah from Qatadah from Abu Ayyub whose name is Yahya bin Malik Al Azadi and also nicknamed Al Maraghi, -Maragh is a village in Azad- from Abdullah bin 'Amr from the Prophet peace be upon him, he said: 'The time for Zuhr prayer as long as Asr prayer time has not arrived, and the time for Asr prayer as long as the sun has not yellowed, and the time for Maghrib prayer as long as the red clouds (shafaq) have not disappeared, and the time for Isha' prayer until midnight, and the time for Fajr prayer from the dawn rises as long as the sun has not risen.' Narrated to us by Zuhair bin Harb, he narrated to us Abu Amir Al 'Aqadi he said, (And narrated from another chain) Narrated to us by Abu Bakr bin Abu Shaibah, he narrated to us Yahya bin Abu Bukair, both from Shu'bah with this chain and in both hadiths, sometimes Shu'bah marfu' it and sometimes he did not marfu' it.
