Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Ahmad : 18315حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنْ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَزْنِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ أَوْ سَرَفٍ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ
Narrated to us [Yahya bin Sa'id] Narrated to us [Syu'bah] from [Firas] from [Mudrik bin Imarah] from [Ibnu Abu Aufa] from the Prophet Peace be upon him, he said: "A person who drinks khamar (alcohol) does not have perfect iman (faith) while he is drinking it. And an adulterer does not have perfect iman while he is committing adultery. And a person who plunders wealth does not have perfect iman while plundering.
