Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Ahmad : 23937حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا أَنَا عِنْدَهَا إِذْ مَرَّ رَجُلٌ قَدْ ضُرِبَ فِي خَمْرٍ عَلَى بَابِهَا فَسَمِعَتْ حِسَّ النَّاسِ فَقَالَتْ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ هَذَا قُلْتُ رَجُلٌ أُخِذَ سَكْرَانًا مِنْ خَمْرٍ فَضُرِبَ فَقَالَتْ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يَشْرَبُ الشَّارِبُ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ يَعْنِي الْخَمْرَ وَلَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ مُنْتَهِبٌ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا رُءُوسَهُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَإِيَّاكُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ
Narrated to us [Yazid], Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Ishaq] from [Yahya bin Abbad bin Abdullah bin Zubair] from [his father] from [Aisyah], Abbad said: "When I was at Aisyah's place, a man passed by and fell at the door of his house because he was drinking khomer, so Aisyah heard the man moaning." Then he said: "What is this sound?" I said: "A man who was drunk on khomer then fell." Aisha said: "Subhaanallah! I have heard Rasulullah Peace be upon him say: "A person who drinks khomer is not perfect in his faith when he drinks it, a person who commits adultery is not perfect in his faith when he commits adultery, a person who steals is not perfect in his faith when he steals and a person who seizes an honorable treasure with the aim of making other people raise their heads (admire it), his faith is not perfect when he steals it, so be alert, and be alert.
