Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Ahmad : 14204حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ جَابِرًا أَسَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ قَالَ جَابِرٌ لَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ قَالَ جَابِرٌ وَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ عَمْرٍو أَنَّهُ قَدْ سَمِعَهُ
Narrated to us [Moses] Narrated to us [Ibn Lahi'ah] from [Abu Az Zubair] said: I have asked [Jabir] whether you have heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The adulterer does not believe when he commits adultery, and the thief does not believe when he steals." Jabir said: I've never heard of it. Jabir said: and [Ibn 'Amr] has informed me. Verily he has heard it.
