Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Ahmad : 8646حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَعَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَزْنِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَغُلُّ حِينَ يَغُلُّ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَقَالَ عَطَاءٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ قَالَ بَهْزٌ فَقِيلَ لَهُ قَالَ إِنَّهُ يُنْتَزَعُ مِنْهُ الْإِيمَانُ فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَقَالَ عَفَّانُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ وَفِي حَدِيثِ عَطَاءٍ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ
Narrated to us [Bahz] and ['Affan] they said: has narrated to us [Hammam] from [Qatadah] from [Al Hasan] and ['Atho`] from [Abu Hurairah] saying: That the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "It is not called a believer of a thief when he steals, it is not called a believer of an adulterer when he commits adultery, it is not called a believer of a wine drinker when he drinks wine, it is not called a believer of a ghanimah thief when he does it, and it is not called a believer of a robber when he robs." And 'Atho` said: and not robbing [Bahz] said: then asked him, he said: "Because indeed Allah has revoked his faith, if he repents then Allah will accept his repentance." And [Affan] mentioned in his hadith history: [Qatadah] said in the hadith ['Atho`] depriving the owner of honor is a believer.
