Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Ahmad : 7017حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَزْنِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ
Narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Abu Az Zinad] from [Abdurrahman Al A'raj] from [Abu Hurairah] and his sanad up to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa Salam, he said: "It is not someone who steals and while stealing he is a believer. And it is not someone who drinks wine and when he is drinking wine he is a believer. And it is not someone who commits adultery and when he commits adultery he is in a state believer.
