Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Nasa'i : 5565أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ شَارِبُهَا حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ
Narrated to us [Isa bin Hammad] he said : Narrated to us [Al Laits] from [Uqail] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Abu Bakr bin 'Abdurrahman Ibnul Harith] from [Abu Hurairah] he said, "The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said: "A believer is not called a believer when he commits adultery, a believer is not called a believer when he drinks khamer, a believer is not called a believer when he steals, and a believer is not called a believer when he robs other people of their rights until people turn their eyes when they rob."
