Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Bukhari : 6274حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌوَعَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِهِ إِلَّا النُّهْبَةَ
Narrated to us [Yahya bin Bukair] narrated to us [Al Laits] from [Uqail] from [Ibnu Syihab] from [Abu Bakr bin Abdurrahman] from [Abu Hurairah], that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'The adulterer does not commit adultery while he is a believer, the thief does not steal while he is a believer, the drinker of wine does not drink while he is a believer, and he does not rob a valuable item that attracts people's attention while he is a believer.' And from [Ibnu Syihab] from [Sa'id bin Musayyab] and [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with a similar hadith, except for the mention of robbery.
