Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Muslim : 86حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ التُّجِيبِيُّ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَسَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ يَقُولَانِ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ فَأَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُهُمْ هَؤُلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ثُمَّ يَقُولُا وَكَانَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ يُلْحِقُ مَعَهُنَّ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ و حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ جَدِّي قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي وَاقْتَصَّ الْحَدِيثَ بِمِثْلِهِ يَذْكُرُ مَعَ ذِكْرِ النُّهْبَةِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ هَذَا إِلَّا النُّهْبَةَ و حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ الرَّازِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ وَأَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ عُقَيْلٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَذَكَرَ النُّهْبَةَ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ و حَدَّثَنِي حَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُطَّلِبِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ مَوْلَى مَيْمُونَةَ وَحُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ح و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي الدَّرَاوَرْدِيَّ عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّ هَؤُلَاءِ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيِّ غَيْرَ أَنَّ الْعَلَاءَ وَصَفْوَانَ بْنَ سُلَيْمٍ لَيْسَ فِي حَدِيثِهِمَا يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَفِي حَدِيثِ هَمَّامٍ يَرْفَعُ إِلَيْهِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ فِيهَا وَهُوَ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا مُؤْمِنٌ وَزَادَ وَلَا يَغُلُّ أَحَدُكُمْ حِينَ يَغُلُّ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَإِيَّاكُمْ إِيَّاكُمْ
Narrated to me by [Harmalah bin Yahya bin Abdullah bin Imran at-Tujibi] informed us by [Ibnu Wahab] he said, informed us by [Yunus] from [Ibnu Syihab] he said, I heard [Abu Salamah bin Abdurrahman] and [Sa'id bin al-Musayyab] both say, [Abu Hurairah] said, 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said: "A believer is not called a believer when he commits adultery, a believer is not called a believer when he steals."' [Ibnu Syihab] said, informed me by [Abdul Malik bin Abu Bakar bin Abdurrahman] that [Abu Bakar] "Narrated to them from [Abu Hurairah] then he said, 'Abu Hurairah included in those words (the hadith), 'And a noble person does not seize something because of which people direct their gaze to him, when doing (that seizure) he is called a believer."' And it was "Narrated to me by [Abdul Malik bin Syu'aib bin al-Laits bin Sa'ad] he said, "Narrated to me by [his father] from [his grandfather] he said, "Narrated to me by [Uqail bin Khalid] he said [Ibnu Syihab] said, informed me by [Abu Bakar bin Abdurrahman bin al-Harits bin Hisyam] from [Abu Hurairah] that he said, 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said: 'An adulterer does not commit adultery... then he continued the hadith like the one above. He mentioned 'seizure', but did not mention 'noble person'. [Ibnu Syihab] said, "Narrated to me by [Sa'id bin al-Musayyib] and [Abu Salamah bin Abdurrahman] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him similar to this hadith of Abu Bakar, except the word 'seizure'.' And it was "Narrated to me by [Muhammad bin Mihran ar-Razi] he said, informed us by [Isa bin Yunus] "Narrated to us by [al-Auza'i] from [az-Zuhri] from [Ibnu al-Musayyab] and [Abu Salamah] as well as [Abu Bakar bin Abdurrahman bin al-Harits bin Hisyam] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet peace be upon him similar to the hadith of Uqail, from az-Zuhri, from Abu Bakar bin Abdurrahman, from Abu Hurairah, he mentioned 'seizure' but did not mention 'noble person'.' And it was "Narrated to me by [Hasan bin Ali al-Hulwani] "Narrated to us by [Ya'qub bin Ibrahim] "Narrated to us by [Abdul Aziz bin al-Muththalib] from [Shafwan bin Sulaim] from [Atha' bin Yasar] the former slave of Maimunah, and [Humaid bin Abdurrahman] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet peace be upon him. (In another narration it is mentioned) And it was "Narrated to us by [Muhammad bin Rafi'] "Narrated to us by [Abdurrazzaq] informed us by [Ma'mar] from [Hammam bin Munabbih] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet peace be upon him.' It was "Narrated to us by [Qutaibah bin Sa'id] "Narrated to us by [Abdul Aziz] -that is ad-Darawardi- from [al-Ala' bin Abdurrahman] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet peace be upon him, all their narrations like the hadith of az-Zuhri, except in the hadith of al-Ala' and Shafwan bin Sulaim there is no phrase 'people direct their gaze to him', while in the hadith of Hammam there is the phrase 'the believers direct their gaze to him, while when doing it he is called a believer'. And he added, 'And none of you betrays, when doing it he is called a believer. So be careful.'
