Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Abu Dawud : 4069حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَقَ الْفَزَارِيُّ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَالتَّوْبَةُ مَعْرُوضَةٌ بَعْدُ
Narrated to us by Abu Shalih Al Anthaki, he said: Informed us by Abu Ishaq Al Fazari from Al A'masy from Abu Shalih from Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'One who commits adultery is not a believer while committing it, a thief is not a believer while stealing, a drinker of intoxicants is not a believer while drinking, and the door of repentance remains open afterward.'
