Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Bukhari : 6311حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ غَزْوَانَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَزْنِي الْعَبْدُ حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَقْتُلُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌقَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ كَيْفَ يُنْزَعُ الْإِيمَانُ مِنْهُ قَالَ هَكَذَا وَشَبَّكَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ ثُمَّ أَخْرَجَهَا فَإِنْ تَابَ عَادَ إِلَيْهِ هَكَذَا وَشَبَّكَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] informed us [Ishaq bin Yusuf] informed us [Al Fudhail bin Ghazwan] from [Ikrimah] from [Ibnu Abbas], may Allah be pleased with them, who said, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'A servant does not commit adultery while he is a believer, nor steal while he is a believer, nor drink wine while he is a believer, nor kill while he is a believer.' Ikrimah said, I asked Ibnu Abbas, 'How is faith removed from him?' He said, 'Like this,' interlacing his fingers, then separating them, 'but if he repents, it returns to him like this,' interlacing his fingers again.
