Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Nasa'i : 4789أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْمَرْوَزِيُّ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَلَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَذَكَرَ رَابِعَةً فَنَسِيتُهَا فَإِذَا فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ خَلَعَ رِبْقَةَ الْإِسْلَامِ مِنْ عُنُقِهِ فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Yahya Al Marwazi Abu Ali] has told us [Abdullah bin Uthman] from [Abu Hamzah] from [Yazid namely Ibn Abu Ziyad] from [Abu Salih] from [Abu Hurairah], he said "The adulterer does not commit adultery when he is in a state of faith, and the thief does not steal when he is in a state of faith, nor does he drink wine when he drinks it while he is in a state of faith, then he mentioned the fourth but I forgot. "If he does this it means he has removed the rope of Islam from his neck, then if he repents then Allah accepts his repentance."
