Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Ibnu Majah : 3926حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهِ أَبْصَارَهُمْ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ
Narrated by [Isa bin Hammad], narrated by [Al Laits bin Sa'd] from ['Uqail] from [Ibn Shihab] from [Abu Bakr bin Abdurrahman bin Al Harith bin Hisham] from [Abu Hurairah], that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "The person who commits adultery is not called a believer, nor is he called a believer who drinks khamer When doing so, the person who steals while doing so is not called a believer. And the person who steals other people's property is not called a believer when he does it."
