Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Ahmad : 8540حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَالتَّوْبَةُ مَعْرُوضَةٌ بَعْدُ
Narrated to us that [Abdurrazzaq] has reported to us [Sufyan] from [Al A'masy] from [Dzakwan] from [Abu Hurairah] and he related it to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he said: "It is not said to be a believer for an adulterer when he commits adultery, it is not said to be a believer for a thief when he steals, and it is not said to be a believer for a wine drinker when he drinks wine, and the door to repentance is still wide open after that.
