Tidaklah akan berzina kalau ia dalam keadaan beriman
Imam Ahmad : 9825حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَالتَّوْبَةُ مَعْرُوضَةٌ بَعْدُ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Ja'far], he said: Narrated to us [Syu'bah] from [Sulaiman] from [Dzakwan] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him, he said: "It is not said to be a believer for an adulterer when he commits adultery, it is not said to be a believer for a thief when he steals and it is not said to be a believer for a wine drinker when he drinks it, and the door of reance will always be open.
