Apabila makan malam sudah dihidangkan sedangkan shalat telah didirikan, maka dahulukanlah makan, setelah itu baru mendirikan shalat
Imam Tirmidzi : 321حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسٍيَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا حَضَرَ الْعَشَاءُ وَأُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَسَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَعَلَيْهِ الْعَمَلُ عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْهُمْ أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَابْنُ عُمَرَ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ أَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَقُ يَقُولَانِ يَبْدَأُ بِالْعَشَاءِ وَإِنْ فَاتَتْهُ الصَّلَاةُ فِي الْجَمَاعَةِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى سَمِعْت الْجَارُودَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ وَكِيعًا يَقُولُ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ يَبْدَأُ بِالْعَشَاءِ إِذَا كَانَ طَعَامًا يَخَافُ فَسَادَهُ وَالَّذِي ذَهَبَ إِلَيْهِ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ أَشْبَهُ بِالِاتِّبَاعِ وَإِنَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَنْ لَا يَقُومَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ وَقَلْبُهُ مَشْغُولٌ بِسَبَبِ شَيْءٍ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا نَقُومُ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ وَفِي أَنْفُسِنَا شَيْءٌ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah], he said: narrated to us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Az Zuhri] from [Anas] up to the Prophet, he said: "If dinner is ready and iqamah is called, start with dinner." He said: "In this chapter there is also a narration from 'Aisyah, Ibnu Umar, Salamah bin Al Akwa', and Ummu Salamah." Abu Isa said: "The hadith of Anas is hasan sahih. This hadith is acted upon by some scholars from the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, like Abu Bakar and Ibnu Umar. This opinion is also taken by Ahmad and Ishaq, both say: 'He should start with dinner even if he misses congregational prayer.' Abu Isa said: 'I heard Al Jarud say: "I heard Waki' say about this hadith: 'He should eat dinner first if fearing the food will spoil (go bad/stale).'" The opinion held by some scholars from the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and others is more rightful to follow, what they intend is that one performs prayer with a heart not preoccupied with something.' It is narrated from Ibnu Abbas that he said: 'We did not perform prayer when something was still in our hearts.'"
