Tata cara duduk tasyahud akhir
Imam Tirmidzi : 270حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَدَنِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عَبَّاسُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ قَالَاجْتَمَعَ أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ وَأَبُو أُسَيْدٍ وَسَهْلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ فَذَكَرُوا صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ أَنَا أَعْلَمُكُمْ بِصَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَلَسَ يَعْنِي لِلتَّشَهُّدِ فَافْتَرَشَ رِجْلَهُ الْيُسْرَى وَأَقْبَلَ بِصَدْرِ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى قِبْلَتِهِ وَوَضَعَ كَفَّهُ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى رُكْبَتِهِ الْيُمْنَى وَكَفَّهُ الْيُسْرَى عَلَى رُكْبَتِهِ الْيُسْرَى وَأَشَارَ بِأُصْبُعِهِ يَعْنِي السَّبَّابَةَقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ وَإِسْحَقَ قَالُوا يَقْعُدُ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ الْآخِرِ عَلَى وَرِكِهِ وَاحْتَجُّوا بِحَدِيثِ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ قَالُوا يَقْعُدُ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ الْأَوَّلِ عَلَى رِجْلِهِ الْيُسْرَى وَيَنْصِبُ الْيُمْنَى
Narrated to us [Bundar Muhammad bin Basysyar], he said: narrated to us [Abu 'Amir Al Aqadi], he said: narrated to us [Fulaih bin Sulaiman Al Madani], he said: narrated to me [Abbas bin Sahl As Sa'idi], he said: "Abu Humaid, Abu Usaid, Sahl bin Sa'd, and Muhammad bin Maslamah gathered, they mentioned the prayer of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Then [Abu Humaid] said: 'I am the most knowledgeable about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, than all of you. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sat tasyahud spreading his left foot and facing the front of his right foot toward the qibla, he placed his right palm on his right knee and his left palm on his left knee. Then he gestured with his finger, that is, the index finger.'" Abu Isa said: "This hadith is hasan sahih. Some scholars hold to this hadith. This is the opinion of Imam Syafi'i, Ahmad, and Ishaq. They said: 'In the final tasyahud, one should sit on his thighs.' They argue with the hadith of Abu Humaid, they said: 'In the final tasyahud, one should sit on his left foot and erect his right foot.'"
