Imam Ahmad : 11862حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي صَدَقَةَ مَوْلَى أَنَسٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسًا عَنْ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ إِذَا زَالَتْ الشَّمْسُ وَالْعَصْرَ بَيْنَ صَلَاتَيْكُمْ هَاتَيْنِ وَالْمَغْرِبَ إِذَا غَرَبَتْ الشَّمْسُ وَالْعِشَاءَ إِذَا غَابَ الشَّفَقُ وَالصُّبْحَ إِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ إِلَى أَنْ يَنْفَسِحَ الْبَصَرُ
[Muhammad bin Ja'far] Narrated to us that [Syu'bah] Narrated to us from [Abu Sadaqah], the former slave of Anas, who said: I asked [Anas] about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he said: "He prayed the Dhuhr prayer when the sun had set, and the Asr prayer between these two prayers of yours. The Maghrib prayer when the sun had set, and the Isha prayer when the red color had disappeared, and the Subuh prayer when the sun had risen until the eyes became bright.
