Orang yang junub sebelum fajar tetap sah puasanya
Imam Ahmad : 24889حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي يُونُسَ مَوْلَى عَائِشَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ وَاقِفٌ عَلَى الْبَابِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ الصِّيَامَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا أُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ الصِّيَامَ ثُمَّ أَغْتَسِلُ فَأَصُومُ قَالَ الرَّجُلُ إِنَّكَ لَسْتَ مِثْلَنَا إِنَّكَ قَدْ غُفِرَ لَكَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ فَغَضِبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَرْجُو أَنْ أَكُونَ أَخْشَاكُمْ لِلَّهِ وَأَعْلَمَ بِمَا أَتَّقِي
Narrated to us [Rauh] he said: has told me [Malik] from [Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Ma'mar Al Ansari] from [Abu Yunus, Aisyah's servant], from [Aisyah] that there was a man who said to Rasulullah Peace be upon him while he was standing at the door; "O Messenger of Allah, actually I once had junub in the morning and I want to fast?" Rasulullah Peace be upon him said: "In the morning I was junub while I wanted to fast. Then I washed and fasted." The man said: "Indeed you are not like us, indeed your past and future sins have been forgiven." Then the Prophet Peace be upon him became angry and said: "By Allah, indeed I am the person who fears Allah the most among you and I know best about my piety.
