Orang yang junub sebelum fajar tetap sah puasanya
Imam Ahmad : 25276حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَبِي عَلَى عَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصْبِحُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ
Narrated to us [Abdul A'la] from [Ma'mar] from [Azzuhri] from [Abu Bakr bin Abdurrahman bin Al Harith bin Hisham] said: "My father and I once met [Aisyah] and [Ummu Salamah], she said: 'When in the morning, the Prophet sallaallahu 'alaihi wa sallam was still in junub, then he fasted'.
