Orang yang junub sebelum fajar tetap sah puasanya
Imam Ahmad : 25443حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ وَعَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُدْرِكُهُ الْفَجْرُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ وَيَصُومُ
Narrated to us [Rauh] Narrated to us [Ibn Juraij] he said: has told me [Ibnu Shihab] from [Abu Bakr bin Abdurrahman] from [his father] from [Ummu Salamah] and [Aisyah, the wife of the ProphetPeace be upon him'alaihi wa sallam] that he found the time of dawn when he was in junub after having sex with his wife. Then he bathed and fasted.
