Orang yang junub sebelum fajar tetap sah puasanya
Imam Muslim : 1865و حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَأَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ قَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُدْرِكُهُ الْفَجْرُ فِي رَمَضَانَ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ مِنْ غَيْرِ حُلُمٍ فَيَغْتَسِلُ وَيَصُومُ
Narrated to me by [Harmalah bin Yahya], informed us [Ibnu Wahb], informed me [Yunus] from [Ibnu Syihab] from [Urwah bin Zubair] and [Abu Bakar bin Abdurrahman] that [Aisyah] the wife of the Prophet peace be upon him said 'Indeed, the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him once met dawn in the month of Ramadan (late), while he was in a state of janabah due to intercourse. Then he bathed and fasted.'
