Orang yang junub sebelum fajar tetap sah puasanya
Imam Ahmad : 23249حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُنْذِرِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ أَبِي يُونُسَ مَوْلَى عَائِشَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ تُدْرِكُنِي الصَّلَاةُ وَأَنَا جُنُبٌ وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ الصِّيَامَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا تُدْرِكُنِي الصَّلَاةُ وَأَنَا جُنُبٌ وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ الصِّيَامَ فَأَغْتَسِلُ ثُمَّ أَصُومُ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ إِنَّا لَسْنَا مِثْلَكَ فَقَدْ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَكَ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ فَغَضِبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي لَأَرْجُو أَنْ أَكُونَ أَخْشَاكُمْ لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَأَعْلَمَكُمْ بِمَا أَتَّقِي
Narrated to us [Abu Al-Mundzir Isma'il bin Umar] said: Narrated to us [Malik, namely Ibn Anas] from [Abdullah bin Abdurrahman bin Ma'mar] from [Abu Yunus, Aisyah's slave] from [Aisyah] that there was a man who asked RasulullahPeace be upon him'laihiwasallam, he said: "O Messenger of Allah, prayer has arrived and I am in a state of junub and I want to fast." So the Prophet Peace be upon him said: "The prayer has arrived and I am in a state of junub and I want to fast, so I take a bath and then fast." The man said: "Indeed, we are not like you, Allah has forgiven your past and future sins." So the Prophet Peace be upon him became angry and said: "By Allah, I am the one who fears Allah more than you and I am the person who knows my piety better than you.
