Orang yang junub sebelum fajar tetap sah puasanya
Imam Ahmad : 24627حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ إِنِّي لَأَعْلَمُ النَّاسِ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ بَلَغَ مَرْوَانُ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ مَنْ أَدْرَكَهُ الصُّبْحُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ فَلَا يَصُومَنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى عَائِشَةَ يَسْأَلُهَا عَنْ ذَاكَ فَانْطَلَقَتْ مَعَهُ فَسَأَلَهَا فَقَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ غَيْرِ احْتِلَامٍ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ فَرَجَعَ إِلَى مَرْوَانَ فَحَدَّثَهُ فَقَالَ الْقَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ فَحَدِّثْهُ فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ لَجَارِي وَإِنِّي لَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ أَسْتَقْبِلَهُ بِمَا يَكْرَهُ فَقَالَ أَعْزِمُ عَلَيْكَ لَتَلْقَيَنَّهُ قَالَ فَلَقِيَهُ فَقَالَ يَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ وَاللَّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُ لَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ أَسْتَقْبِلَكَ بِمَا تَكْرَهُ وَلَكِنَّ الْأَمِيرَ عَزَمَ عَلَيَّ قَالَ فَحَدَّثْتُهُ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِيهِ الْفَضْلُ
Narrated to us [Ismail] said: has reported to us [Ayyub] from [Ikrimah bin Khalid] from [Abu Bakr bin Abdurrahman bin Alharits] said: "Indeed, I am the person who knows this hadith best." He said: "News has reached Marwan, that Abu Hurairah told the Messenger of AllahPeace be upon him'alaihi wa sallam that anyone who finds dawn while he is still in a state of junub, should not fast on that day." then Marwan sent a messenger to Aisyah to ask about this. Aisyah also met the messenger and he asked him. [Aisyah] answered; "The Messenger of AllahPeace be upon him'alaihi wa sallam once junub in the morning which was not due to dreaming, but he was fasting." Then the messenger returned to Marwan and told him about the incident. Marwan said: "Meet Abu Hurairah and tell him." he said: "In fact, he is my former slave, I would not be happy to meet him bringing something he doesn't like." Marwan said: "You have to meet him." He said: "He met him and said: 'O Abu Hurairah, actually I was not happy to meet you with something you didn't like, but the emir insisted on me'." He said: "Then I told him." Abu Hurairah said: "Alfadl has told me that.
