Puasa menjauhkan dari neraka selama 70 musim
Imam Ahmad : 7649حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ زَحْزَحَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ عَنْ النَّارِ بِذَلِكَ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا
Narrated to us [Anas bin 'Iyadl] from [Suhail bin Abi Salih] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] said: that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever fasts a day in the way of Allah, Allah will turn his face away from hell for a journey of seventy years.
