Puasa menjauhkan dari neraka selama 70 musim
Imam Nasa'i : 2222أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍعَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ جَهَنَّمَ مَسِيرَةَ مِائَةِ عَامٍ
Narrated to us [Mahmud bin Khalid] from [Muhammad bin Syu'aib] he said : has told me [Yahya bin Al Harith] from [Al Qasim Abu 'Abdurrahman] that he told him from ['Uqbah bin 'Amir] from Rasulullah peace be upon him he said: "Whoever fasts for a day in the way of Allah the Mighty and Majestic, Allah will keep away from him the hell of Jahannam for a hundred years' journey."
