Puasa menjauhkan dari neraka selama 70 musim
Imam Nasa'i : 2213أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ حَفْصٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ الضَّرِيرُ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ النَّارِ بِذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا
Narrated to us [Dawud bin Sulaiman bin Hafsh] he said :Narrated to us [Abu Mu'awiyah Adl Dlarir] from [Suhail] from [Al Maqburi] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] he said : he says; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Whoever fasts a day in the way of Allah, Allah will distance between him and hell for seventy years because of that day."
