Puasa menjauhkan dari neraka selama 70 musim
Imam Nasa'i : 2215أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ سَبْعِينَ عَامًا
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar] he said :Narrated to us [Muhammad] he said :Narrated to us [Syu'bah] from [Suhail] from [Shafwan] from [Abu Sa'id] from the Prophet peace be upon him, he said: "Whoever fasts for a day in the way of Allah -the Mighty and Majestic-, Allah will keep his face away from Hell for seventy years."
