Puasa menjauhkan dari neraka selama 70 musim
Imam Ahmad : 10978حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ مَسِيرَةَ سَبْعِينَ عَامًا
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] said: Narrated to us [Syu'bah] from [Suhail bin Abu Salih] from [Shafwan] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] from the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "Whoever fasts one day in the way of Allah, Allah will turn his face away from the hell of hell for a journey of seventy years.
