Puasa menjauhkan dari neraka selama 70 musim
Imam Ahmad : 10778حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سُمَيٍّ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَصُومُ عَبْدٌ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا بَاعَدَ اللَّهُ بِذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ النَّارَ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا
Narrated to us [Ibn NUmair] said: Narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Sumay] from [An Nu'man bin Abu 'Ayyasy Az Zuraqqi] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri], he said: The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said: "It is not wrong for a servant to fast one day in the way of Allah, unless on that day Allah will keep his face away from hell for seventy seasons.
