Puasa menjauhkan dari neraka selama 70 musim
Imam Nasa'i : 2212أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَسٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَعَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ زَحْزَحَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ عَنْ النَّارِ بِذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا
Narrated to us [Yunus bin 'Abdul A'la] he said : has reported to me [Anas] from [Suhail bin Abu Salih] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] from the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, he said: "Whoever fasts a day in the way of Allah -the Mighty and Majestic-, Allah keeps his face away from the fire of hell for seventy years because of that day."
