حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ الْمُنْذِرِ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍأَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الثَّوْبِ يُصِيبُهُ الدَّمُ مِنْ الْحَيْضَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حُتِّيهِ ثُمَّ اقْرُصِيهِ بِالْمَاءِ ثُمَّ رُشِّيهِ وَصَلِّي فِيهِقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأُمِّ قَيْسِ بْنتِ مِحْصَنٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَسْمَاءَ فِي غَسْلِ الدَّمِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَقَدْ اخْتَلَفَ أَهْلُ الْعِلْمِ فِي الدَّمِ يَكُونُ عَلَى الثَّوْبِ فَيُصَلِّي فِيهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْسِلَهُ قَالَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ التَّابِعِينَ إِذَا كَانَ الدَّمُ مِقْدَارَ الدِّرْهَمِ فَلَمْ يَغْسِلْهُ وَصَلَّى فِيهِ أَعَادَ الصَّلَاةَ و قَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِذَا كَانَ الدَّمُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ قَدْرِ الدِّرْهَمِ أَعَادَ الصَّلَاةَ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَلَمْ يُوجِبْ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ التَّابِعِينَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ عَلَيْهِ الْإِعَادَةَ وَإِنْ كَانَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ قَدْرِ الدِّرْهَمِ وَبِهِ يَقُولُ أَحْمَدُ وَإِسْحَقُ و قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْغَسْلُ وَإِنْ كَانَ أَقَلَّ مِنْ قَدْرِ الدِّرْهَمِ وَشَدَّدَ فِي ذَلِكَ
Narrated to us [Ibnu Abu Umar], he said: narrated to us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Hisyam bin Urwah] from [Fathimah binti Al-Mundzir] from [Asma binti Abu Bakr], she said: "A woman asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) about clothing that is hit by menstrual blood, so The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) answered: Scrape that cloth, then wet it and wash it with water, then pray with it." He said: "In this chapter there are also narrations from Abu Hurairah and Ummu Qais binti Mihshan." Abu Isa said: "The hadith of Asma about washing menstrual blood is hasan sahih." The scholars have differed regarding blood that hits clothing then it is worn for prayer before being washed. Some scholars from the Tabi'in said: "If that blood is the size of a dirham, then he wears it before washing it, he must repeat his prayer." While others said: "If the blood is larger than the size of one dirham, then he must repeat his prayer." This view is held by Sufyan Ats-Tsauri and Ibnul-Mubarak. Yet some other scholars from the Tabi'in and others do not oblige repeating the prayer even though the blood is more than a dirham coin. This view is held by Ahmad and Ishaq. Syafi'i said: "It must be washed even though the blood is less than the size of a dirham coin." And he firmly held to that.
