Ketentuan zakat untuk Khalid, Ibnu Jamii, dan 'Abbas
Imam Muslim : 1634و حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَفْصٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عُمَرَ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ فَقِيلَ مَنَعَ ابْنُ جَمِيلٍ وَخَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ وَالْعَبَّاسُ عَمُّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا يَنْقِمُ ابْنُ جَمِيلٍ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَأَغْنَاهُ اللَّهُ وَأَمَّا خَالِدٌ فَإِنَّكُمْ تَظْلِمُونَ خَالِدًا قَدْ احْتَبَسَ أَدْرَاعَهُ وَأَعْتَادَهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَأَمَّا الْعَبَّاسُ فَهِيَ عَلَيَّ وَمِثْلُهَا مَعَهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا عُمَرُ أَمَا شَعَرْتَ أَنَّ عَمَّ الرَّجُلِ صِنْوُ أَبِيهِ
And Narrated to me by [Zuhair bin Harb] Has narrated to us [Ali bin Hafsh] Has narrated to us [Warqa'] from [Abu Zinad] from [Al A'raj] from [Abu Hurairah] he said The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) once sent Umar to collect alms (zakat). Then it was said: Ibn Jamil refused to pay it, so did Khalid bin Al Walid and Al Abbas the uncle of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Ibn Jamil is not ungrateful except because he was poor, so may Allah give him sufficiency. As for Khalid, indeed you have been unjust to him, he has stored some of his shields for preparation for war in the way of Allah. As for Al Abbas, then his obligation is my responsibility, as well as his other obligation.' Then he said: 'O Umar, do you not feel that indeed a man's uncle is essentially like his own father?'
