Shadaqah dari harta yang dicintai sehingga Umar menyerahkan hasil dari tanah Khaibar untuk shadaqah
Imam Ahmad : 4379حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَصَابَ عُمَرُ أَرْضًا بِخَيْبَرَ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاسْتَأْمَرَهُ فِيهَا فَقَالَ أَصَبْتُ أَرْضًا بِخَيْبَرَ لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالًا قَطُّ أَنْفَسَ عِنْدِي مِنْهُ فَمَا تَأْمُرُ بِهِ قَالَ إِنْ شِئْتَ حَبَسْتَ أَصْلَهَا وَتَصَدَّقْتَ بِهَا قَالَ فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا عُمَرُ أَنْ لَا تُبَاعَ وَلَا تُوهَبَ وَلَا تُوَرَّثَ قَالَ فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا عُمَرُ فِي الْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْقُرْبَى وَالرِّقَابِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ وَالضَّيْفِ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ وَلِيَهَا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْهَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَوْ يُطْعِمَ صَدِيقًا غَيْرَ مُتَأَثِّلٍ فِيهِ
Narrated to us [Isma'il] Narrated to us [Ibn 'Aun] from [Nafi'] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "Umar once obtained a plot of land in Khaibar, then he went to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and asked for guidance from him in managing it, saying, "In Khaibar I have a plot of land but I have never obtained a property that I love more than it, what do you order me to do? He answered: "If you want you can keep it and give it in charity." Ibnu Umar continued, "Umar then gave the garden in charity not to sell it, not to give it as a gift and not to inherit it." Ibn Umar continued, "Umar also gave charity to poor people, relatives, servants, fi sabilillah, Ibn Sabil and people who visited him. And there was no sin in those who took care of him to eat it in a good way or feed it to his friends by not hoarding it.
