Shadaqah dari harta yang dicintai sehingga Umar menyerahkan hasil dari tanah Khaibar untuk shadaqah
Imam Bukhari : 2565حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَأَصَابَ عُمَرُ بِخَيْبَرَ أَرْضًا فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَصَبْتُ أَرْضًا لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالًا قَطُّ أَنْفَسَ مِنْهُ فَكَيْفَ تَأْمُرُنِي بِهِ قَالَ إِنْ شِئْتَ حَبَّسْتَ أَصْلَهَا وَتَصَدَّقْتَ بِهَا فَتَصَدَّقَ عُمَرُ أَنَّهُ لَا يُبَاعُ أَصْلُهَا وَلَا يُوهَبُ وَلَا يُورَثُ فِي الْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْقُرْبَى وَالرِّقَابِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالضَّيْفِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ وَلِيَهَا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْهَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَوْ يُطْعِمَ صَدِيقًا غَيْرَ مُتَمَوِّلٍ فِيهِ
It has been narrated to us by Musaddad, who narrated from Yazid bin Zurai', who narrated from Ibn 'Aun, from Nafi,, from Ibn 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, who said: 'Umar acquired land in Khaibar and came to the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him, and said: 'I have acquired land, and I have never acquired wealth more precious to me. What do you command me to do with it?' He said: 'If you wish, keep its principal and give its produce as charity.' So 'Umar gave it as charity, stipulating that its principal not be sold, gifted, or inherited, but used for the poor, relatives, freeing slaves, the cause of Allah, guests, and travelers. There is no sin for the one who manages it to eat from it reasonably or to feed a friend, provided it is not for accumulating wealth.'
