Shadaqah dari harta yang dicintai sehingga Umar menyerahkan hasil dari tanah Khaibar untuk shadaqah
Imam Ibnu Majah : 2387حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَأَصَابَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ أَرْضًا بِخَيْبَرَ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاسْتَأْمَرَهُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مَالًا بِخَيْبَرَ لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالًا قَطُّ هُوَ أَنْفَسُ عِنْدِي مِنْهُ فَمَا تَأْمُرُنِي بِهِ فَقَالَ إِنْ شِئْتَ حَبَّسْتَ أَصْلَهَا وَتَصَدَّقْتَ بِهَاقَالَ فَعَمِلَ بِهَا عُمَرُ عَلَى أَنْ لَا يُبَاعَ أَصْلُهَا وَلَا يُوهَبَ وَلَا يُورَثَ تَصَدَّقَ بِهَا لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَفِي الْقُرْبَى وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ وَالضَّيْفِ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ وَلِيَهَا أَنْ يَأْكُلَهَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَوْ يُطْعِمَ صَدِيقًا غَيْرَ مُتَمَوِّلٍ
Narrated by [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdlami], he said: Narrated by [Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] from [Ibnu Aun] from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Umar], he said: Umar bin Al Khaththab acquired land in Khaibar and came to Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam for advice, saying, 'O Rasulullah, I acquired land in Khaibar, the most precious property I own. What do you advise?' He replied: 'If you wish, keep its origin and give charity from it.' Umar acted on this, not selling, gifting, or bequeathing it. He gave it as charity for the poor, relatives, freeing slaves, fi sabilillah, travelers, and guests. Its caretaker may eat from it reasonably or feed a friend without hoarding.
