Jika tertutup awan, sempurnakan bulan Sya’ban menjadi 30 hari
Imam Nasa'i : 2160أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي يُونُسَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى عِكْرِمَةَ فِي يَوْمٍ قَدْ أُشْكِلَ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ هُوَ أَمْ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ وَهُوَ يَأْكُلُ خُبْزًا وَبَقْلًا وَلَبَنًا فَقَالَ لِي هَلُمَّ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ قَالَ وَحَلَفَ بِاللَّهِ لَتُفْطِرَنَّ قُلْتُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَلَمَّا رَأَيْتُهُ يَحْلِفُ لَا يَسْتَثْنِي تَقَدَّمْتُ قُلْتُ هَاتِ الْآنَ مَا عِنْدَكَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ فَإِنْ حَالَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُ سَحَابَةٌ أَوْ ظُلْمَةٌ فَأَكْمِلُوا الْعِدَّةَ عِدَّةَ شَعْبَانَ وَلَا تَسْتَقْبِلُوا الشَّهْرَ اسْتِقْبَالًا وَلَا تَصِلُوا رَمَضَانَ بِيَوْمٍ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah] he said :Narrated to us [Ibn 'Adi] from [Abu Yunus] from [Simak] he said : I went in to see ['Ikrimah] on the day in question, 'Was he in the month of Ramadlan or was he still in the month of Sha'ban?! ' While he was eating bread, vegetables and milk, he said to me; "Come here." I said : "I'm fasting." He said by swearing in the name of Allah; indeed you will really break the fast." I said : "Subhanallah" -twice-, after I saw him swear with no exceptions (no redactions, God willing), then I came forward and I said : "Now give me the -hujjah- that you have!" he said : "I heard [Ibn Abbas] say; "The Prophet peace be upon him said: "Fast because you see it and break your fast because you see it. If there is cloud or darkness between you and the new moon, then perfect the number -month-, namely the number of the month of Sha'ban. And do not face the month (Ramadlan) and connect the month of Ramadlan with one day of the month of Sha'ban."
