Keutamaan berwudhu: mereka bersinar wajahnya dan bercahaya karena bekas wudhu
Imam Ahmad : 10360حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُ رَقِيَ إِلَى أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَوَجَدَهُ يَتَوَضَّأُ فَرَفَعَ فِي عَضُدَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيَّ فَقَالَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ أُمَّتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ هِيَ الْغُرُّ الْمُحَجَّلُونَ مِنْ أَثَرِ الْوُضُوءِ مَنْ اسْتَطَاعَ أَنْ يُطِيلَ غُرَّتَهُ فَلْيَفْعَلْ لَا أَدْرِي مِنْ قَوْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ مِنْ قَوْلِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
Narrated to us [Abdul Malik bin 'Amru], he said: Narrated to us [Fulaih] from [Nu'aim bin Abdullah] that he once met [Abu Hurairah] in front of the mosque who was performing ablution, then Abu Hurairah raised his arms and turned his body towards me, then he said: In fact, I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Indeed, on the Day of Judgment, my Ummah will glow white because of the water used for ablution, so whoever is able to extend its light should do so." I don't know whether it was from the words of The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him or Abu Hurairah.
