Malaikat jibril mengajar tentang enam dasar iman, lima dasar islam, dan ihsan

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ إِنَّ عِنْدَنَا رِجَالًا يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ الْأَمْرَ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ فَإِنْ شَاءُوا عَمِلُوا وَإِنْ شَاءُوا لَمْ يَعْمَلُوا فَقَالَ أَخْبِرْهُمْ أَنِّي مِنْهُمْ بَرِيءٌ وَأَنَّهُمْ مِنِّي بُرَآءُ ثُمَّ قَالَ جَاءَ جِبْرِيلُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ مَا الْإِسْلَامُ فَقَالَ تَعْبُدُ اللَّهَ لَا تُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَتُقِيمُ الصَّلَاةَ وَتُؤْتِي الزَّكَاةَ وَتَصُومُ رَمَضَانَ وَتَحُجُّ الْبَيْتَ قَالَ فَإِذَا فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ فَأَنَا مُسْلِمٌ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ صَدَقْتَ قَالَ فَمَا الْإِحْسَانُ قَالَ تَخْشَى اللَّهَ تَعَالَى كَأَنَّكَ تَرَاهُ فَإِنْ لَا تَكُ تَرَاهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَرَاكَ قَالَ فَإِذَا فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ فَأَنَا مُحْسِنٌ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ صَدَقْتَ قَالَ فَمَا الْإِيمَانُ قَالَ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَالْبَعْثِ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْمَوْتِ وَالْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ وَالْقَدَرِ كُلِّهِ قَالَ فَإِذَا فَعَلْتُ ذَلِكَ فَأَنَا مُؤْمِنٌ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ صَدَقْتَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَعْمَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِهِ قَالَ وَكَانَ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام يَأْتِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي صُورَةِ دِحْيَةَ

Narrated to us [Affan] Narrated to us [Hammad bin Salamah] Narrated to us [Aliy bin Zaid] from [Yahya bin Ya'mar], I once conveyed questions to Ibn Umar: There are some people among us who think that they are the ones who decide matters. If they are enthusiastic, they do it, if they are not enthusiastic, they leave it. Cash [Ibn Umar] said: "Tell them that I am leaving them and they are leaving me." Then he continued speaking: Once Jibril sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam came to the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him and said, "O Muhammad, what is Islam?" he answered, "You worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him, you perform prayers, pay zakat, fast in the month of Ramadan and perform the Hajj." He said, "If I do that, am I a Muslim?" he answered, "He is." He answered, "You have spoken the truth." He asked again, "Is that Ihsan?" he answered, "You worship Allah as if you see Him, and if you are unable then He sees you." Jibril said, "If I do that, am I a Muhsin?" he answered, "He is." Jibril said, "You have spoken the truth." Jibril asked again, "Then what is Faith?" he answered, "You believe in Allah, in His angels, in His books, in His Messengers, and believe in the day of resurrection after death, in heaven and Hell and all its provisions (Qadar)." Jibril said, "If I do that, am I a believer?" he answered, "He is." Jibril said, "You have spoken the truth." Narrated to us [Affan] Narrated to us [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Ishaq bin Suwaid] from [Yahya bin Ya'mar] from [Ibn Umar] from the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam like the above hadith. And Ibn Umar said: Jibril peace be upon him came to the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam. resembles Dihyah (namely Dihyah bin Khalifah alkalbi, one of his handsome friends apparently).
