Suamimu dan anak-anakmu lebih berhak kamu berikan shadaqah dari pada mustahiq

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُخَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أَضْحًى أَوْ فِطْرٍ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَوَعَظَ النَّاسَ وَأَمَرَهُمْ بِالصَّدَقَةِ فَقَالَ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ تَصَدَّقُوا فَمَرَّ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ تَصَدَّقْنَ فَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُكُنَّ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَقُلْنَ وَبِمَ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ نَاقِصَاتِ عَقْلٍ وَدِينٍ أَذْهَبَ لِلُبِّ الرَّجُلِ الْحَازِمِ مِنْ إِحْدَاكُنَّ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَلَمَّا صَارَ إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ جَاءَتْ زَيْنَبُ امْرَأَةُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ تَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَيْهِ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذِهِ زَيْنَبُ فَقَالَ أَيُّ الزَّيَانِبِ فَقِيلَ امْرَأَةُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ ائْذَنُوا لَهَا فَأُذِنَ لَهَا قَالَتْ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ إِنَّكَ أَمَرْتَ الْيَوْمَ بِالصَّدَقَةِ وَكَانَ عِنْدِي حُلِيٌّ لِي فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَزَعَمَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّهُ وَوَلَدَهُ أَحَقُّ مَنْ تَصَدَّقْتُ بِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَدَقَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ زَوْجُكِ وَوَلَدُكِ أَحَقُّ مَنْ تَصَدَّقْتِ بِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ

Narrated by Ibn Abu Maryam, informed by Muhammad bin Ja'far, he said: Zaid, who is Ibn Aslam, informed me, from 'Iyadh bin 'Abdullah, from Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) went out to the prayer ground on the day of Adha or Fitr, then he gave a sermon to the people and commanded them to give charity. He said: 'O people, give charity.' Then he passed by the women and said: 'O women, give charity, for I have seen that you are the majority of the inhabitants of the Fire.' They said: 'Why is that, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intellect and religion who can sway the mind of a resolute man than one of you, O women.' Then he left. When he reached his home, Zainab, the wife of Ibn Mas'ud, came seeking permission to see him. It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, this is Zainab.' He said: 'Which Zainab?' It was said: 'The wife of Ibn Mas'ud.' He said: 'Yes, let her in.' She was permitted and said: 'O Prophet of Allah, today you commanded charity, and I have jewelry that I intended to give in charity, but Ibn Mas'ud claimed that he and his children are more deserving of my charity than others.' The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Ibn Mas'ud is right. Your husband and your children are more deserving of your charity than others.'
