Jauhilah oleh kalian duduk-duduk di pinggir jalan dan laksanakanlah hak jalan
Imam Bukhari : 2285حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُمَرَ حَفْصُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْجُلُوسَ عَلَى الطُّرُقَاتِ فَقَالُوا مَا لَنَا بُدٌّ إِنَّمَا هِيَ مَجَالِسُنَا نَتَحَدَّثُ فِيهَا قَالَ فَإِذَا أَبَيْتُمْ إِلَّا الْمَجَالِسَ فَأَعْطُوا الطَّرِيقَ حَقَّهَا قَالُوا وَمَا حَقُّ الطَّرِيقِ قَالَ غَضُّ الْبَصَرِ وَكَفُّ الْأَذَى وَرَدُّ السَّلَامِ وَأَمْرٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهْيٌ عَنْ الْمُنْكَرِ
Narrated to us Mu'adh bin Fadhala, narrated to us Abu 'Umar Hafs bin Maisarah, from Zaid bin Aslam, from 'Ata' bin Yasar, from Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he said: 'Beware of sitting on the roads.' They said: 'We have no choice; these are our gathering places where we converse.' He said: 'If you must have gatherings, then give the road its right.' They said: 'What is the right of the road?' He said: 'Lowering the gaze, refraining from harm, returning greetings, enjoining good, and forbidding evil.'
