Hak Allah atas hamba adalah menyembah-nya tanpa menyekutukan-nya, dan hak hamba atas Allah adalah tidak disiksa jika tidak menyekutukan-nya
Imam Ahmad : 20989حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ أَتَيْنَا مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ فَقُلْنَا حَدِّثْنَا مِنْ غَرَائِبِ حَدِيثِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نَعَمْ كُنْتُ رِدْفَهُ عَلَى حِمَارٍ قَالَ فَقَالَ يَا مُعَاذُ بْنَ جَبَلٍ قُلْتُ لَبَّيْكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ هَلْ تَدْرِي مَا حَقُّ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْعِبَادِ قُلْتُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ قَالَ إِنَّ حَقَّ اللَّهِ عَلَى الْعِبَادِ أَنْ يَعْبُدُوهُ وَلَا يُشْرِكُوا بِهِ شَيْئًا قَالَ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا مُعَاذُ قُلْتُ لَبَّيْكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ هَلْ تَدْرِي مَا حَقُّ الْعِبَادِ عَلَى اللَّهِ إِذَا هُمْ فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ قَالَ قُلْتُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ قَالَ أَنْ لَا يُعَذِّبَهُمْ
Narrated to us [Waki'] from [Al A'masy] from [Abu Sufyan] from [Anas bin Malik], he said: We came to [Mu'adz bin Jabal] and we said: Tell us the gharib hadiths from the ProphetPeace be upon him, he said: Yes, I once carried the ProphetPeace be upon him on a donkey, he said: "Hi Mu'adz!" I answered; Yes, O Messenger of Allah! The ProphetPeace be upon him said: "What right does Allah have over humans?" I answered; Allah and His Messenger know better. The ProphetPeace be upon him said: "That you worship Him and do not associate anything with Him." RasulullahPeace be upon him said: "O Mu'adz!" I answered; Yes, O Messenger of Allah! Rasulullah Peace be upon himsaid: "Do you know the rights of humans to Allah if they do that?" I answered; Allah and His Messenger know better. RasulullahPeace be upon him said: "Allah did not torture them.
