حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنْ وَكِيعٍ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَا أَخَوَيْنِ فَادَّعَى أَحَدُهُمَا أَخًا وَأَنْكَرَهُ الْآخَرُ قَالَ كَانَ ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى يَقُولُ هِيَ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ لِلَّذِي لَمْ يَدَّعِ ثَلَاثَةٌ وَلِلْمُدَّعِي سَهْمَانِ وَلِلْمُدَّعَى سَهْمٌ
Narrated to us [Abu Bakr] related to us from [Waki'] that he said: If there are two brothers, and one of them claims to be a brother and the other does not claim to be a brother, [Ibn Abu Laila] said: The division of the inheritance is sixfold. The one who does not claim to be a brother gets three parts, the one who claims to be a brother gets two parts, and the one who is claimed to be a brother gets one part.
