Narrated by Muslim, narrated by Wuhaib, narrated by Ibn Thowus from his father from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), who said: Menstruating women were permitted to depart if they had performed the circumambulation of Ifadhah. He said: I heard Ibn Umar say: She should not depart. Then I heard him say later: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted them.
