حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُلَازِمُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَدْرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ هُوَ الْحَنَفِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَهَلْ هُوَ إِلَّا مُضْغَةٌ مِنْهُ أَوْ بَضْعَةٌ مِنْهُقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَبَعْضِ التَّابِعِينَ أَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَرَوْا الْوُضُوءَ مِنْ مَسِّ الذَّكَرِ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ وَابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ أَحَسَنُ شَيْءٍ رُوِيَ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ وَقَدْ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَقَدْ تَكَلَّمَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيثِ فِي مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ وَأَيُّوبَ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ وَحَدِيثُ مُلَازِمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَدْرٍ أَصَحُّ وَأَحْسَنُ

Narrated to us [Hannad], he said: narrated to us [Mulazim bin ‘Amru] from [‘Abdullah bin Badr] from [Qays bin Talq bin ‘Ali Al-Hanafi] from his father from the Prophet, may Allah’s peace be upon him: "The private part is merely a piece of flesh." In this chapter there is also a narration from Abu Umamah. Abu Isa said: "More than one Companion and some Tabi‘in held no wudu is required for touching the private part—this is the view of the Kufans and Ibn Al-Mubarak. This is the best hadith in the chapter. It is narrated by Ayyub bin ‘Utbah and Muhammad bin Jabir from Qays bin Talq from his father, but some scholars question Muhammad bin Jabir and Ayyub bin ‘Utbah. Mulazim bin ‘Amru’s version from ‘Abdullah bin Badr is more authentic."
