حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الْخَفَّافُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمَيْنَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا سُئِلَتْ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ فَقَالَتْ تَعْجِزُ إِحْدَاكُنَّ أَنْ تَتَّخِذَ مِنْ أُضْحِيَّتِهَا سِقَاءً ثُمَّ قَالَتْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ مَنَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ وَكَذَا وَكَذَا نَسِيَهُ سُلَيْمَانُ
Narrated to us [Abdul Wahhab Al-Khaffaf], he said: has informed us [Sulaiman At-Taimi], he said: has told me [Aminah], from [Aisyah], that she was once asked about soaking (grapes or dates) using aljar (clay pottery). So (Aisyah) said: One of you (the Prophet's wives) is unable to take drinking water from the animals he has slaughtered. Then he said: "The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) forbade soaking grapes or dates) in pottery, and so, and so, Solomon forgot the continuation of the hadith.
