Apabila khawatir masuk waktu subuh, maka shalatlah witir satu rakat
Imam Ahmad : 18629حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ قَالَ ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبَسَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ صَلَاةُ اللَّيْلِ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى وَجَوْفُ اللَّيْلِ الْآخِرُ أَجْوَبُهُ دَعْوَةً قُلْتُ أَوْجَبُهُ قَالَ لَا بَلْ أَجْوَبُهُ يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ الْإِجَابَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبَسَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ
Narrated to us [Abul Yaman] he said, Narrated to us [Abu Bakr bin Abdullah] from [Habib bin Ubaid] from [Amru bin Abasah] from the Prophet Peace be upon him, he said: "The night prayer is performed two rak'ahs two rak'ahs. And the last third of the night is the time that is most ajwab (more answered) for prayer." I asked, "or maybe the correct one is Awjabuhu, which means the most obligatory time?" He answered: "No, but 'Ajwabuh' means it is predicted the prayer must be granted." He said: Narrated to us [Abul Yaman] he said, Narrated to us [Abu Bakr bin Abdullah] from [Athiyyah bin Qais] from [Amru bin 'Abasah] from the Prophet Peace be upon him similar to that.
