Apabila khawatir masuk waktu subuh, maka shalatlah witir satu rakat
Imam Bukhari : 453حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَأَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ كَيْفَ صَلَاةُ اللَّيْلِ فَقَالَ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى فَإِذَا خَشِيتَ الصُّبْحَ فَأَوْتِرْ بِوَاحِدَةٍ تُوتِرُ لَكَ مَا قَدْ صَلَّيْتَقَالَ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا نَادَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ
Narrated to us by Abu An Nu'man, Sa'd narrated to us Hammad bin Zaid from Ayyub from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, Sa'd 'A man came to the Prophet, peace be upon him, while he was giving a sermon, saying, "How should one perform night prayer?" He replied, "Two cycles by two cycles. If you fear dawn, pray one cycle as a closing prayer for what you prayed before." Al Walid bin Kathir Sa'd narrated to me Ubaidullah bin Abdullah, that Ibn Umar told them a man called out to the Prophet, peace be upon him, while he was in the mosque.'
