Apabila khawatir masuk waktu subuh, maka shalatlah witir satu rakat
Imam Ahmad : 4967حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُدَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ صَلَاةِ اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَا بَيْنَ السَّائِلِ وَبَيْنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى فَإِذَا خَشِيتَ الصُّبْحَ فَأَوْتِرْ بِرَكْعَةٍ قَالَ ثُمَّ جَاءَ عِنْدَ قَرْنِ الْحَوْلِ وَأَنَا بِذَاكَ الْمَنْزِلِ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ السَّائِلِ فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى فَإِذَا خَشِيتَ الصُّبْحَ فَأَوْتِرْ بِرَكْعَةٍ
Narrated to us [Waki'] Narrated to us [Imran bin Hudair] from [Abdullah bin Syaqiq Al Uqaili] from [Ibn Umar] he said, "A man came to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam asking him about night prayers, at that time I was between the person who asked and the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, so he answered: "Two rak'ahs, but if you If you are worried about entering Fajr, do one rak'ah of witr." Ibnu Umar continued, "Then the man came again the next year, while I was in the house between him and the person, then he asked him the question again, then he answered, "Two rak'ahs, two rak'ahs, but if you are worried about entering Fajr, do one rak'ah of witr prayer.
